What is Sambalpuri Din?

Sambalpuri Din or Sambalpuri Day is Celebrated on 1st August every year, On the Birthday of Guru Satyanarayan Bohidar's Birthday.

Satyanaraya Bohidar was successful in preparing the dictionary and grammar  in Sambalpuri Language which provided identity to Sambalpuri society. Satya Narayan Bohidar left a great legacy behind him to influence the future generations.

So Sambalpuri Din is celebrated in Memory of Shri Satyanarayan Bohidar it's a Perfect Tribute to him from all Sambalpuri Speaking people.
